On Monday, April 8th, the Western PA School for the Deaf will have school from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. Day student transportation should have morning drop-off between 7:30 am and 8:00 am. Day student pick-up will be at 12:30 pm. This modified schedule is to accommodate the expected solar eclipse that will reach its peak at about 3:00 pm. Classes Resume. Make-up Day due to emergency closure on March 13th

The Western PA School for the Deaf will have classes on Monday, April 22, 2024. This day was off school but rescheduled as a make-up day for the emergency closure on March 13, 2024. For residential students, the campus will be open for arrival on Sunday, April 21st, after 5:00 p.m. For day students, morning drop-off should be between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on April 22nd.
